On arrival at Cochin Airport/Railway/Bus Station, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and move to Munnar. Munnar was favored as the summer resorts for the erstwhile British rulers in the colonial days. The endless expanse of tea plantations, mountains, pristine valleys and exotic species of flora and fauna, Munnar has all of these and more. You can also watch the waterfalls like Valara waterfalls and Cheeyappara Waterfalls on the way to Munnar. On reaching at Munnar check into hotel/resort, the day is left for leisure and overnight stay.
Morning enjoy your delicious breakfast and later go for a full day sightseeing to explore Munnar. Visiting the most beautiful places like Photo point, Echo point, shooting point, Kundale Lake, Eravikulam National park and Mattupetty Dam - you can also go for an optional boat ride at the Dam. And other optional tours to visit are like Tea Museum, Tea Plantations, and Blossom Park. Evening back to your hotel/resort, the day is left for leisure and overnight stay.
The morning after breakfast check out from the resort/hotel and drive to Alleppey. Dotting the coastline of the Arabian Sea, Alleppey is the oldest planned backwater destination of Kerala. Alleppey is famous for its innumerable rivers crisscrossing the Sea and it's the home for many canals, backwaters, beaches, and lagoons. The backwaters coupled with houseboats and the tropical village life makes Alleppey a must visit place. On arrival check into the houseboat and experience the visual treat of endless paddy fields, mesmerizing backwaters, spotless villages, lined coconut trees and the great Vembanadu Lake.
Morning enjoy your breakfast and later check out and move to Cochin for the final drop. As per the departure timing spend some quality time for shopping or go for local sightseeing which includes Chinese fishing nets, St. Francis Church, Fort Cochin, Mattancherry Palace, Marine Drive, etc. And later drop to the Airport/Railway station as per the departure timing.

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnels hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Diwali, Long weekends), full payment is required to be sent in advance
Payment can be made by Credit Card through our secured online payment gateway system, by Bank Transfer, Cash payment to our offices in your city or by Demand Draft / Cheque. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday). For the X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable. In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
